Is this product suitable for bleached, damaged, or porous hair?

The formula is ammonia-free, peroxide-free, and PPD-free, so it does not further oxidise or swell the hair shaft. Added keratin coats roughened cuticle areas, vitamin E acts as an antioxidant in the mixture, and linseed oil adds slip and shine, which together make the tint feel more like a conditioning treatment than a harsh dye. However, highly porous or chemically stressed hair (e.g., recently bleached, over-processed, or heat-damaged) can grab pigment intensely at the ends while the mid-lengths stay lighter, leading to a patchy result. It also releases colour more quickly with each wash. The manufacturer advises doing a strand test on a small, hidden section first: apply, process for the full time, rinse, and evaluate both the shade and how the hair feels. If the test strand feels gummy or the colour is alarmingly dark, dilute the product with a white conditioner (1:1) for the full application.
