Victoria Beauty Micellar Water is formulated as a gentle facial cleanser, which includes makeup removal. While many micellar waters are designed for use on the eye area, the skin around the eyes is particularly thin and sensitive. This product contains ingredients like aloe vera leaf juice, which adds a soothing touch, and avoids heavy oils that can cause irritation. For removing mascara and eyeliner, it's advisable to apply a small amount to a soft cotton pad, hold it gently against the closed eyelid for a few seconds to allow the micelles to lift the makeup, then wipe downwards without rubbing. If you have very reactive skin or known sensitivities to cosmetic actives, it is wise to patch test on the inside of your wrist or behind the ear first.
