Use it the way you would use a normal toothpaste: put a pea-sized amount on a soft-bristled brush and brush for about two minutes, twice a day, reaching all surfaces. There is no need to use a large amount or to scrub aggressively. The fine polishing agents do the work, so gentle, short strokes are enough to loosen surface stain.
Some people find whitening pastes more noticeable if they brush with a lot of pressure. Keep your toothbrush soft and let the paste glide over the teeth. You can pay a little extra attention to front surfaces where drinks and food leave visible staining, but avoid brushing the same area harder and longer in a single session.
If your gums feel irritated or your teeth become sensitive while using it, pause for a few days and ask a dentist for advice. You may also alternate with a non-whitening toothpaste if that helps. Do not expect any lightening effect after one brushing: this approach is about gradual surface cleaning and routine maintenance, not an instant whitening treatment.
