How should I use this massage oil so it glides well and leaves the skin soft?

Use the oil after a shower, when the skin is still slightly damp. Damp skin helps the oil spread evenly without leaving a heavy layer. Pour a small amount into your palm, warm it between your hands, and apply it to the body in long, circular massage strokes. For a longer body massage, use a little more oil so your hands glide smoothly; for a quick self-massage, a smaller amount is enough.

For dry areas such as elbows, knees and legs, apply the oil directly and massage until it is absorbed. It can be especially pleasant in cooler weather, when the skin often feels more fragile and dehydrated. The oil is designed to reduce the feeling of dryness, make rough areas feel smoother, and give the skin a more supple, nourished look after massage.

If your skin is very sensitive or prone to reactions, test a small amount first. Avoid applying it to damaged skin, and stop using it if irritation appears. This is a cosmetic product, not a treatment, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
