How should I use this cream on dry or cracked heels?

Apply Pedipur Heel Cream to clean, dry skin, concentrating on the heels and other rough areas of the feet. Massage it in until it is evenly spread; this helps the moisturising ingredients cover the dry areas and allows the emollients to leave a protective layer on the skin surface.

For very dry heels, many people prefer using foot creams in the evening, because the product has more time to remain on the skin without being rubbed off by shoes. If you use it before putting on socks, allow a short moment for the cream to settle so the feet do not feel slippery. Avoid applying too much between the toes, as that area is more prone to moisture build-up.

Regular use is the key benefit of this type of formula. Glycerin, betaine, butylene glycol and pentylene glycol help maintain moisture, while liquid paraffin and isopropyl myristate reduce water loss from the skin surface. If the skin is very thick or rough, gentle foot filing after soaking may be used separately, but do not over-file or use the cream on broken, bleeding or heavily irritated skin. If cracks are painful, worsening or accompanied by signs of infection, seek professional advice.
