This mask is meant for the scalp and roots, not primarily for the full length of the hair. Start with clean, damp hair so the mineral complex can spread and be absorbed without a layer of styling products or excess sebum blocking it.
Take a small amount and apply it directly to the roots, parting the hair in sections if needed. Massage with your fingertips in small circular motions. The massage is a working part of the treatment: it stimulates microcirculation, which helps the active mineral complex reach the follicle area while the mask does its cleansing work on the scalp.
Since the product page does not specify a leave-on time or whether to rinse, check the packaging label before first use. As a general rule for active scalp masks, a few minutes of contact is typical, but the exact time can differ by manufacturer. If the label says to rinse, use lukewarm water, then proceed with a mild shampoo or the rest of your normal hair routine. If the mask is a no-rinse formula, follow the label’s instructions instead.
A practical weekly plan is to use it about once a week, either before shampooing as a pre-treatment or after shampooing on damp roots, depending on the label. If you colour-treat or heat-style your hair, focus the mask on the scalp and roots, and keep a separate conditioner for the lengths so you do not dry out the ends. If you notice irritation, itching or redness after applying it, wash it off and do not use it again.
Do a patch test on a small area of skin before the first full application. Avoid contact with the eyes; if the product gets into the eyes, rinse them with plenty of clean water.
