How should I use a tooth powder like this without being too harsh on enamel?

Because Dentogin contains calcium carbonate and silicon dioxide, its stain-removing action is mechanical. That means it should be used with a soft toothbrush and light pressure. Pressing hard does not clean better; it can increase unnecessary abrasion, especially near the gumline where tooth surfaces may be more sensitive.

  1. Wet the toothbrush slightly, then pick up a small amount of powder.
  2. Brush with gentle circular movements, paying attention to stained areas and the gumline without forcing the bristles.
  3. Spit out the residue and rinse your mouth well after brushing.
  4. Keep the powder dry between uses, as moisture can make powders clump and may affect freshness.

If you already use other polishing or whitening products, avoid stacking several abrasive products in the same routine unless your dentist has advised it. People with tooth sensitivity, gum recession, enamel wear, braces, dental restorations or recent dental work should be especially cautious and ask a dentist how often a whitening powder is appropriate for them.
