How should I brew this Ivan Chai tea for the best flavor?

Water temperature and timing: Use water heated to just below boiling (around 90-95°C). Because the tea is granulated, it infuses faster than loose herbal teas - 3 to 5 minutes is typically enough for a strong brew. Steeping longer won't make it stronger and may bring out bitterness.

Amount to use: A heaped teaspoon (approximately 2-3 grams) per cup is a good starting point. The granulation ensures even extraction, so you don't need to stir extensively.

Multiple infusions: You can steep the same portion twice. The second infusion will be lighter but still aromatic, best after a 2-3 minute steep.

Serving suggestions: Enjoy it plain to appreciate the natural earthy notes, or add honey or lemon if you prefer. It works well hot in cooler months or cooled over ice during summer.
