The main difference is the ingredient base. A typical almond chocolate bar is mostly sugar and fat, with little protein and almost no fibre. This bar is built around whey protein concentrate and milk protein concentrate, so it provides a much higher protein content per serving. Protein also contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass, which is not something a conventional candy bar can claim.
Corn-derived fibre and isomalto-oligosaccharides add bulk, which helps the bar feel more substantial than ordinary sweets. Instead of a sharp sugar rise, sweetness comes from steviol glycosides, so the bar has a lower amount of fast sugars. The almond flavour, berries and coconut oil round out the taste and texture.
In practical terms, it behaves more like a filling snack than a treat: you may find it satisfies you longer than a chocolate bar of the same size. It is still calorie-dense and meant to be eaten as a snack, not as a diet food in unlimited quantities.
