Size 0 is intended for the smallest body measurements in the Fosta range. It is not simply a smaller version of a posture garment: because the LUX version is semi-rigid, the back panel must sit against the right part of your back and the shoulder straps should stay in place through normal movement. If the frame is too large, the panel slides and the straps slip; if it is too small, you feel pressure points or difficulty breathing.
- Before ordering: use the brand's size chart as your starting point. Measure around the upper back and chest area according to the chart, not your waist or usual clothing size, because posture supports are sized differently from clothes.
- When trying it: fasten the corset, adjust both shoulder straps evenly, and move a little. You should feel support across the upper back, not sharp pressure under the arms or on top of the shoulders.
- Good fit signs: the back panel stays centred, the straps stay on the shoulders, and you can breathe easily and move your arms without rubbing.
- Poor fit signs: the corset rides up, the straps dig in, skin folds pinch, or you feel tingling or numbness.
If you are between sizes on the chart, choose the size that follows the chart rather than the one you think looks closer. A short trial period matters too: the fit often improves after a few minutes of adjustment. Stop using it if pressure, numbness, skin irritation or discomfort increases.
