Can I use this shungite filter for bath water and cooking, or is it only for drinking water?

The shungite stones are suitable for multiple household applications beyond drinking water. For bath water, add 50-100g of stones directly to a full bathtub and allow them to remain during your bath. The carbon-rich surface helps reduce chlorine and other compounds that can affect skin feel, though you won't see dramatic changes in bath water quality since the contact time is relatively short.

For cooking, you can place a small amount (1-2 tablespoons per liter) directly into pots when boiling water for soups, stews, or pasta. Remove the stones before serving. This method works well for soups where you want to reduce any metallic or chemical tastes from tap water. However, for foods where water quality is critical (like infant formula), consider using already-filtered water instead.

The 500g pack is practical for these varied uses because you can allocate portions for different purposes. Keep one container dedicated to drinking water filtration, while using smaller amounts for cooking or bathing as needed. This rotation approach maximizes the value of the pack and ensures you always have stones available for each application.
