Can I use this on my neck, lower back, and knees — and are there areas I should avoid?

The product is formulated for larger muscle and joint zones — upper and lower back, shoulders, thighs, calves, and knees — where the skin is relatively thick and the warming effect can be comfortably tolerated. Avoid the face, neck, décolletage, inner arms, groin, and any mucous membranes, as these areas are far more sensitive to warming agents and the peptide component. Do not apply over cuts, abrasions, rashes, sunburn, fresh bruises, or areas with active inflammation (redness, swelling, heat to the touch). If you have varicose veins or fragile capillaries on the legs, test a very small patch first or skip those zones entirely. After application, wash your hands thoroughly to avoid accidentally transferring product to the eyes or other sensitive areas. If you wear contact lenses, be especially careful not to touch the eye area until hands are clean.
