Can I use this inhalation mixture directly in my nose or swallow it?

Planeta Zdorovia Inhalation Mixture is formulated exclusively for use in steam inhalation. It is not a food supplement and must never be swallowed. The liquid contains ethyl alcohol and concentrated volatile aromatic components, including racemic menthol and eucalyptus tincture, which are intended to evaporate into the air, not to be consumed.

Additionally, you should avoid direct contact with your eyes or mucous membranes. The concentrated nature of the menthol and eucalyptus can cause significant irritation if applied directly to sensitive tissues. Instead, add a few drops to hot water in a suitable bowl or steam inhalator device. Lean over the vessel with a towel over your head to trap the steam, or use a dedicated inhaler device, allowing the aromatic vapours to reach your nasal and oral passages naturally as you breathe.
