Medikomed Juniper Essential Oil is a pure essential oil obtained from the ripe berries of the common juniper (Juniperus communis), a coniferous shrub widely distributed across the Northern Hemisphere. Juniper berry essential oil has a fresh, crisp, woody, and slightly spicy aromatic profile, combining clean coniferous notes with the characteristic gin-like, terpene-forward character associated with juniper. It is one of the most distinctively recognisable of the woody-aromatic essential oils and blends well with citrus, earthy, herbal, and other woody scents.
In aromatherapy, juniper berry essential oil is valued for its clean, fresh, and invigorating aromatic quality, which is considered tonifying and revitalising.
