The "Balance" Four-Grain Mix is a nutritious blend of four whole grains — barley, oat, wheat, and rye — presented in five individual portion cooking bags (70 g each, 350 g total). Each grain in the mix is included in its cut, minimally processed form, ensuring that the natural fibre, protein, and micronutrient content of each grain is fully preserved.
Barley provides beta-glucan dietary fibre, proven to help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels (EU Reg 432/2012 authorised claim: barley grain fibre contributes to an increase in faecal bulk). Oat is similarly renowned for its beta-glucan content and its established role in supporting normal cholesterol levels (EU authorised claim).
