RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE AND USAGE: Adults take 1–2 capsules once or twice daily.
CONTENT PER DAILY DOSE: Daily dose (1 capsule): guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia std.ext.) – 500 mg. Daily dose (4 capsules): guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia std.ext.) – 2000 mg.
