Hemp seed oil (Cannabis sativa seed oil) is a cold-pressed botanical oil extracted solely from the seeds of the hemp plant; it contains no THC or CBD, no cannabinoids and no psychoactive compounds of any kind. Cannabis sativa SEED oil is an omega-rich cosmetic oil with one of the most ideal omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acid ratios in any plant oil (approximately 3:1 GLA:ALA ratio, plus linoleic acid omega-6), providing intensive nourishment for the skin's lipid barrier and a soothing anti-inflammatory cosmetic effect on irritated or sensitised skin.
