Victoria Beauty "Jardin d'Hemp" Night Cream is a cosmetic nourishing night face cream from the Jardin d'Hemp range by Rubella Beauty (Bulgaria), formulated with hemp seed oil (Cannabis sativa seed oil) as the principal active ingredient. Hemp seed oil is cold-pressed from the seeds of industrial hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) and contains a uniquely balanced essential fatty acid profile: linoleic acid (omega-6, approximately 56%), alpha-linolenic acid (ALA, omega-3, approximately 22%) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA, omega-6, approximately 3%), together with oleic acid (omega-9), vitamins E and D, and phytosterols (beta-sitosterol, campesterol). The omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acid ratio in hemp seed oil (approximately 3:1 omega-6 to omega-3) closely mirrors the ideal ratio for human skin lipid barrier maintenance. Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) is a rare polyunsaturated fatty acid found in few plant oils; it provides the precursor for skin-specific anti-inflammatory eicosanoid metabolites and supports the restoration of the ceramide-fatty acid composition of the stratum corneum barrier. The cream is designed as a night treatment — applied before sleep when the skin's natural repair and regeneration processes are at their most active — providing essential fatty acid replenishment and deep nourishing conditioning overnight to dry, sensitive, easily irritated and crack-prone skin. 50 ml jar.
