How to Use:
- Enhance Cosmetic Products: Add 1-2 drops to a neutral cream and apply to the chest, back, and neck.
- Aromatherapy Baths: Dissolve 6-8 drops in an emulsifier (salt, bath foam, milk, etc.).
- Aroma Lamp: Use 4-5 drops per 15 square meters.
- Aroma Massage: Add 5-6 drops to your base product.
- Aromatic Bath: Dilute 5-6 drops with water and sprinkle on wooden surfaces.

A common dilution for general body application is about a 2% concentration, which is roughly 10-12 drops of essential oil per 30 ml (1 oz) of carrier. This creates a safe, aromatic product suitable for a warming chest or neck massage. Undiluted application can cause skin irritation, redness, or a burning sensation, particularly for those with sensitive skin. Always perform a patch test on a small area of your inner arm before a full application to check for any adverse reaction.
