Medikomed Hyaluronic Acid Cosmetic Gel is an intensive skin-hydrating cosmetic fluid formulated with sodium hyaluronate, a salt form of hyaluronic acid that penetrates the upper layers of the skin more effectively than high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring polysaccharide in skin tissue well known for its outstanding water-binding capacity — one gram of hyaluronic acid can bind up to six litres of water in the dermal matrix. The 25 ml clear gel format absorbs rapidly into the skin without leaving a heavy residue, making it suitable for all skin types.
The gel restores and maintains the skin's moisture balance, supporting skin elasticity and softness. It may be used as a standalone hydration step or mixed into other cosmetic products — creams, lotions or masks — as a booster active ingredient. Particularly well suited to dehydrated skin. The compact 25 ml tube is practical for travel.
