Parents usually choose this type of product when frequent wiping leaves the area red, dry or rough. Rather than acting inside the nose, the cream is applied to the outer nose area to soften the skin, reduce the feeling of tightness and make it easier to keep the nose contour in good condition.
Key components
The formula combines moisturising and softening ingredients with aromatic plant components:

Before each application wash the area gently with lukewarm water and pat it dry, because any residual moisture or mucus can prevent the cream from spreading evenly. Take a tiny amount — about the size of a grain of rice or a small pea — onto the tip of a clean fingertip. Dot the product onto the skin in three places: just outside the left nostril, just outside the right nostril, and a small spot on the bridge of the nose if the skin there also feels tight. Using the fingertip, spread the cream in a thin, even film; the goal is a barely visible layer that feels slightly moist but does not leave a greasy film. The thinness is important because the product is formulated to sit on the surface and provide a protective barrier rather than to be absorbed deeply. You can repeat the application two or three times a day, for example after each nose‑blowing session, before going outdoors in cold wind, or before bedtime when the skin often becomes driest. If you notice that the skin feels overly coated or that the child rubs the area vigorously, reduce the amount or the frequency; the cream is effective with very little product. After the final application of the day you may leave the layer on overnight, but be sure to remove any excess in the morning by washing the face with a mild cleanser and repeating the normal drying routine. The cream does not need to be rinsed off after a short period; it is designed to stay in place until the next application, which helps maintain continuous protection against the drying effects of indoor heating and outdoor air. Store the tube in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep the cap tightly closed to prevent the essential‑oil fragrance from evaporating. The safest way to introduce the product is to perform a patch test: apply a pea‑sized amount of the cream to a small area of skin on the forearm or behind the ear, leave it for fifteen minutes, then rinse with water and observe the spot for any redness, itching or swelling over the next few hours.
