Barkhatnye Ruchki (Velvet Hands) Antiseptic Hand Gel is a cosmetic hand hygiene gel with an antiseptic alcohol base, formulated with 70% v/v ethyl alcohol as the principal active disinfecting component, combined with panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) as a skin-conditioning and moisturising agent. The 70% ethanol concentration is consistent with standard hand sanitiser formulations used in personal hand hygiene. Panthenol helps to counteract the drying effect of alcohol on the skin and keeps hands soft and supple after use. INGREDIENTS: Ethyl alcohol 70% v/v, panthenol (pro-vitamin B5), aqua, carbomer, glycerin, triethanolamine (see product label for full composition).
USE: Apply a small amount of gel to dry or wet hands. Rub over all hand surfaces (palms, back of hands, between fingers, fingertips) for at least 30 seconds until fully absorbed. No rinsing required. Keep hands away from open flame during and immediately after application.
