Sunscreen with a protection level of SPF 45 has a light texture, quickly absorbed cream that protects the skin from harmful UV radiation for a long time. The special waterproof formula with UVA and UVB filters, D-panthenol, and allantoin promotes comfortable sun exposure, accelerates the process of cell regeneration, maintains natural skin moisture, and prevents photoaging processes. USAGE: Apply the cream evenly on dry facial and body skin 15-20 minutes before sunbathing or swimming. Reapply the cream during sun exposure and after swimming. Store at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C. Shelf life is 36 months. Best before: see packaging.

The SPF number only works if you apply enough product. A common practical guide is around 30 ml (about six teaspoons) for a full adult body wearing a swimsuit. For the face and neck, use a smaller but still generous amount, usually around half a teaspoon. If you use 30 ml per full-body application, a 120 ml tube gives roughly four full-body applications.
A waterproof formula is useful for beach days and swimming because its base does not wash off as easily as an ordinary lotion. However, “waterproof” does not mean a single application keeps working all day. Water, sweat, friction and towel-drying gradually reduce the film on your skin.
