Directions for use: Shake well before use.
- For baths: Add 3-4 caps to a filled bath and mix well.
- For saunas and steam rooms: Dilute 3-4 caps in 1 liter of water. Pour the solution moderately over the heater stones, benches, and sauna walls.

The 'ANTISTRESS' infusion is a diluted product specifically designed for dispersion in steam, which helps the aroma blend evenly and persist in the hot air without overpowering the atmosphere. Adding concentrated essential oils directly onto hot sauna stones or into water can lead to localized, intense bursts of scent and uneven distribution, potentially creating a cloying or unbalanced experience.
There is no standard dosage; the appropriate amount depends on your personal preference, the size of the room, and the sensitivity of those present. A common and cautious approach is to start with a small amount, such as 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) mixed with water in your ladle, and pour it onto the hot stones or the sauna stove to create the initial aromatic steam. You can then observe how the scent develops and adjust slightly for the next round of steam generation. In a bathtub, a similar small amount added to the hot water is usually sufficient, as the warmth of the bath will gradually release the aroma.
Using it in a regular shower is not recommended. The product is intended for dispersion in a larger volume of steam, as found in a sauna, steam room, or a full bathtub. In a confined shower cubicle, the concentration of aromatic compounds in the air could become very high very quickly, potentially causing discomfort, overwhelming scent, or irritation to the eyes and respiratory tract. The smaller space and lack of controlled dispersion make it unsuitable.
