Wheat germ oil is an excellent antioxidant containing a huge amount of vitamin E, which makes the oil an ideal preservative. Wheat germ oil is rich in vitamins and nutrients.
USEFUL PROPERTIES: stimulates hair growth, eliminates dryness and brittleness, is well suited for caring for colored, damaged hair;

Wheat germ oil has a dense, rich texture, so for the face it is recommended above all for people with dry or mature skin, as this skin responds well to this type of nourishment. If the skin is oily or prone to breakouts, a dense oil may be too heavy: in this case it is better to use it only in small spots or to avoid applying it to the face altogether.
Wheat germ oil is mainly suitable for dry, brittle or damaged hair, for example after colouring or regular hot styling. It helps to visibly reduce dryness, making strands more manageable and smooth.
For the body, wheat germ oil is most conveniently applied to slightly damp skin right after a shower: moisture helps the oil spread better, and the skin stays soft for longer. It is especially suitable for areas that dry out quickly, such as elbows, knees, cuticles and heels.
