Product description
Shungit.ru Alus šungiit väike 3-7 cm is a small shungite ball stand made to hold a stone sphere steadily on a flat surface. People usually choose this type of accessory for practical reasons: it helps display a shungite or decorative ball more securely, reduces rolling, and makes the object easier to place on a shelf, desk or windowsill.
Construction and design
The stand is made from a cut piece of shungite stone with a polished top and a shaped recess for the ball. This simple construction is what makes it useful: the indentation helps the sphere sit in one position instead of shifting, while the flat base gives better stability on horizontal surfaces. Because it is made from real stone rather than plastic or metal, it also visually matches shungite balls and creates a more coherent display.
Benefits and use
The stand provides several practical advantages. It helps display a shungite or decorative ball more securely, reduces rolling, and makes the object easier to place on a shelf, desk or windowsill. The indentation keeps the sphere in one position, and the flat base offers better stability. Its natural stone appearance matches shungite balls, creating a cohesive look.
- Secure display: helps display a shungite or decorative ball more securely
- Reduced rolling: reduces rolling of the sphere
- Easy placement: makes the object easier to place on a shelf, desk or windowsill
Care and handling
Handle the stand gently and place it on a stable surface, as natural mineral products may chip or scratch if dropped. This ensures the stand remains functional and visually consistent over time.

Customer Questions
The product name includes the range 3–7 cm, which indicates the size of sphere the stand is intended to hold. In typical use, the ball sits in the recess cut into the top of the stand, so the most reliable fit is a shungite or decorative ball whose diameter falls inside that range.
This stand is cut from natural mineral, so it deserves the same care as other stone objects. The main risks are impact and scratching: if you drop the stand onto a hard floor or knock it against another stone object, the edge or polished top can chip. The practical habit is to place it on a stable, level surface and to move it with two hands or by holding the base, not just by the edge.
A round ball has no flat side, so on an ordinary surface it rolls with even a slight slope or vibration. This stand solves that by providing two simple features: a recess in the top where the ball can rest, and a flat base that gives the whole display a stable footprint. Together they keep the sphere in one position instead of shifting.
