Medikomed Spruce Essential Oil is a pure essential oil obtained by steam distillation from the fresh needles of the Norway spruce (Picea abies). The aroma of spruce essential oil is sharp, strong, and fresh, with an intensely clean, invigorating forest character and a bittersweet resinous base. USE: Aroma diffuser: 1 drop. Bath (diluted in carrier oil or bath emulsifier first): 1–2 drops. Massage blend: 2–3 drops per 10 ml carrier oil. Cosmetic aromatisation: 1–4 drops per recipe.
WARNINGS: For external use only. Always dilute in a carrier oil before skin contact. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Perform a skin sensitivity test before first use. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use.
