Product Overview
Stolz GmbH Magnetic Insoles for Women are orthopaedic insoles designed for people who spend many hours on their feet, walk a lot, or simply want shoes to feel less tiring by the end of the day. They combine a soft footbed with raised magnetic elements placed under key pressure areas of the sole, creating a light massaging effect that many find pleasant in closed shoes and helpful when feet feel heavy after work, shopping, commuting, or long periods of standing.
Key Features & Mechanism
- Soft footbed combined with raised magnetic elements for a gentle massage effect.
- Mechanical stimulation – each step presses the textured magnetic zones against the foot, encouraging small changes in pressure distribution.
- Dynamic feel – the in‑shoe experience is more dynamic than a flat insole and may reduce foot tiredness from repetitive load during the day.
- Trim‑to‑fit – insoles can be trimmed to suit the shape of many women’s shoes, making them adaptable for trainers, casual shoes, or other closed footwear.
Ideal Use Cases
- Retail work
- Office‑to‑commute days
- Travel and city walking
- Any situation where feet stay inside shoes for hours and start to feel overworked.
How to Use
These insoles are not a replacement for properly fitted footwear. They are an extra layer that adds cushioning and a mild reflex‑point massage sensation while walking.
Begin gradually so the feet can get used to the raised massage points, especially if you have not worn textured or orthopaedic insoles before. Stop use if they cause irritation or marked discomfort.
Important Notes & Cautions
- Not suitable for people with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices.
- Extra caution is sensible during pregnancy or in case of chronic health concerns.
- Do not place them in shoes if the skin on the feet is damaged or irritated.

Customer Questions
Yes, STOLZ GMBH insoles can be trimmed to the required size. This is convenient if you want to move them between different pairs of shoes: trainers, boots or everyday shoes.
The foot gets used to the new relief gradually, so in the first days it is recommended to wear the insoles not all day but for 1–2 hours at a time, gradually increasing the time. This is especially relevant if you have not used insoles with a massage effect before.
Magnetic insoles are contraindicated in a number of situations related to the effect of a magnetic field on the body or on medical devices:
