What is Lyapko Kummel-M 5,0 Ag 314 mm?
Lyapko Kummel-M 5,0 Ag 314 mm is an applicator designed for broad body areas where even pressure and a massage-like effect are desired. It is commonly chosen for the back, shoulders, waist, hips, or legs, especially after long periods of sitting, physical effort, or when the body feels tense and heavy. This non-medicinal home-use tool combines mechanical skin stimulation with the properties of several metals placed at contact points on a flexible rubber base.
Key Features and Components
- Mechanical stimulation: Fine needles create intensive but controlled surface stimulation when the applicator touches the skin.
- Multi-metal design: Includes iron, copper, zinc, nickel, and silver for micro-contact with the skin surface.
- Needle pitch: 5.0 mm spacing offers balanced stimulation for users seeking distinct effects without excessive density.
- Chamomile-shaped design: 314 mm size covers a relatively wide area and is easy to position at home.
When and How People Use It
- Self-massage regimen: Used to unwind the back area or ease feelings of stiffness after desk work.
- Post-exercise: Included as a short recovery step following physical activity.
- Wind-down routines: Fits well into evening relaxation or breaks during sedentary work.
Sensations may range from noticeable tingling and warmth to a stronger prickly feeling at first contact, which often becomes easier to tolerate as the skin adapts.
Important Notes and Cautions
- Use cautiously on very sensitive skin.
- If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, skin damage, bleeding tendency, or another medical concern, consult a healthcare professional before use.
