Why is guarana included in a product for fluid removal? — OstroVit Hydro Out Diuretic 90 capsules

OstroVit Hydro Out is a complex formula, and guarana plays a separate role in it that is not directly linked to fluid removal. During weight control or "cutting" phases the diet often becomes less calorific, and many people notice a drop in energy and concentration. Guarana contains caffeine, which in this context may help to maintain alertness and activity.

It is important to understand that caffeine from guarana is absorbed somewhat more slowly than from coffee, because in guarana seeds it is bound to other compounds. Nevertheless, the total intake of caffeine should be taken into account if you also drink coffee or tea or take other supplements with caffeine. Do not use the product at the same time as other products containing caffeine or similar substances.

People with increased sensitivity to caffeine, for example those who notice anxiety, sleep disturbances or a fast heartbeat from ordinary coffee, should consult a specialist before taking it. The formula also contains a small amount of caffeine from green tea, so the product has a general stimulating background, and this should be considered when choosing the time to take the capsules. The product is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
