According to the card, the composition of the tablets is different. Morning: motherwort extract 40 mg, St John's wort extract 40 mg and lemon balm extract 20 mg, rutin 8 mg, vitamin B6 2 mg and vitamin B1 1.5 mg. Evening: Eschscholzia californica extract 100 mg and passionflower extract 55 mg, pantothenic acid 5 mg. Why one product has two tablets, the card does not explain; the claims about protection from stress in the daytime and quick falling asleep at night have no confirmation.

General information (not a manufacturer's instruction): the morning and the evening tablet have a different composition, so they are not swapped.
