Why take vitamin B2 if I already take a multivitamin complex? — Vitamin B2 Riboflavin, N60 Capsules – OstroVit

The card does not explain why to take a separate vitamin B2 or in what situations it is chosen: it only describes this as a food supplement with riboflavin in capsules, intended to supplement the daily diet; one capsule contains 40 mg of riboflavin (2857% NRV — of the recommended daily intake). The excipient is inulin, the capsule shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; the product contains no ingredients of animal origin.

General information (not a manufacturer's instruction): the dose in one capsule is many times the daily requirement, so if you already take multivitamins or B-vitamin complexes, add up the amounts of riboflavin and discuss use with a specialist; the excess of water-soluble vitamin B2 is excreted in urine, which may turn bright yellow. Not for use by children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
