Will this balm help with very dry, rough patches on elbows and knees?

This balm is well suited for dry, rough patches on areas like elbows and knees. Its formula contains glycerin, which draws water into the upper layers of the skin, and sea buckthorn oil, which provides nourishing lipids that help soften rough, dry patches. It also contains chaga extract, a mushroom extract rich in polyphenols and other antioxidant compounds that help protect the skin from external stress, plus vitamin E and retinyl palmitate, both of which support antioxidant action and a smoother-looking skin surface.

For best results, apply after a shower or bath, when the skin is still slightly damp, to help lock in moisture. Use a slightly thicker layer on very rough patches and allow it to absorb. Reapply in the evening if the area feels dry again. Over time, regular moisturising can help keep the skin softer and more comfortable, but the balm is a cosmetic product, not a treatment for skin conditions.

If the skin is cracked, bleeding, or shows signs of infection, do not apply the balm to those areas. See a doctor or dermatologist instead. If you have sensitive skin, patch-test first, as the balm contains plant extracts and a vitamin A derivative that can be irritating for some people. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a specialist before using a new product containing vitamin A derivatives.
