Which body areas is this suitable for and where should I avoid applying it?

The balm is formulated for post-exertion use on major muscle groups and joints that commonly feel tight after activity: shoulders, upper and lower back, knees, elbows, calves, and thighs. The gel-balm texture spreads well over these larger areas and absorbs without leaving a heavy residue, making it practical for self-massage.

Do not apply to the face, neck, groin, underarms, or any mucous membranes. Avoid broken skin, cuts, abrasions, fresh bruises, sunburn, rashes, or areas with eczema or psoriasis flare-ups — the warming agents will sting intensely on compromised skin and can worsen irritation. If you have varicose veins or very thin skin in certain spots, test a tiny amount first or skip those zones.

After application, wash hands immediately. Residual product on fingertips can cause significant discomfort if you later touch your eyes, nose, lips, or contact lenses. If accidental contact occurs, rinse with cool water; do not rub, as that spreads the active compounds.
