Which body areas can I use it on, and which should I avoid?

This gel-balm is designed for the skin over joints, muscles, the lumbar area, neck and shoulders. Common use zones are knees, elbows, shoulders, calves, and the lower back. It is not intended for the face, and you should avoid the eyes, lips, and any mucous membranes. Do not apply it to fresh wounds, open cuts, sunburned skin, or areas with a rash or broken skin.

Because the formula has a warming character, it is best to test it on a small area first if you have sensitive skin. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a chronic skin condition such as eczema or psoriasis, consult a doctor or pharmacist before using it. The product is a cosmetic, not a medicine, so it is not intended to treat pain or any disease.

For children, it is not recommended without professional advice. If you are unsure about a particular area, start with a small amount on a small patch and observe the reaction. Always wash your hands after application to avoid any residue coming into contact with your eyes or mouth.
