Chudo-Hash is designed for external massage on the body, mainly for joints, the lower back, the neck-shoulder area and tired leg muscles. You can use it on the knees, elbows, shoulders, lumbar region, calves and thighs. The 250 ml format makes it easy to cover several areas in one session.

There are areas where the balm should not be applied. Keep it away from the eyes, lips, inside of the nose and mouth, and all mucous membranes. Do not use it on broken skin, cuts, open wounds, sunburnt skin, rashes or areas that are already irritated. The product is for external use only, so it should never be swallowed.

To avoid accidental transfer, wash your hands thoroughly after applying the balm. If you apply it to your own lower back or shoulders, wash your hands afterwards so the balm does not later get into your eyes. If someone else applies the balm to you, that person should also wash their hands.

If you are unsure whether a particular skin area will tolerate a warming product, do a patch test on a small part of your forearm first and wait to see if any redness or itching appears before using it on a larger area.
