Where on the body can I use this gel, and which areas should I avoid?

This gel is designed for topical application on larger body areas. The most common uses are tired legs, the lower back, the neck-shoulder zone, and areas that feel tense after sport or long periods of sitting. You can use it before or during a body massage, and also after sport when you want the muscles to settle down and the massage to feel smoother.

The gel texture spreads easily, so it is practical for covering broad surfaces such as the back or thighs. It also absorbs more cleanly than heavy balms, which makes it suitable for manual massage and for anti-cellulite-style body massage, as well as for warming wraps if you already use that technique.

Avoid the face, mucous membranes, freshly shaved skin, and any irritated, broken or inflamed areas. Apply only to intact skin. The product is intended for adults; if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a chronic skin condition, or are taking medication, talk to a specialist before using it.
