When is the best time to use this cream, and how should I apply it?

The cream is especially well-suited for use after activities that can stress or dry out the skin. Key times include after bathing or showering, when skin is still slightly damp and can better absorb moisture; after time spent outdoors in variable weather; and after massage or physical exertion, where the arnica's fresh, easing feel is often appreciated. In colder weather, when skin commonly feels tight and less supple, it can provide the richer moisture a light lotion may not offer. For application, use an amount sufficient to cover the desired area and massage it in gently until absorbed. The texture is designed for this massage action. If you have very reactive skin or known sensitivities to arnica, calendula, or other members of the daisy family (Asteraceae), it is prudent to perform a patch test by applying a small amount to a discreet area first and waiting 24 hours. Avoid use on irritated, broken, or damaged skin unless the product instructions indicate it is suitable.
