Use this cream in the evening after cleansing, on dry skin. Take a small amount — roughly a pea-sized portion for the whole face — and smooth it over the forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin with gentle upward strokes. Avoid the eye area; the richer emollient base is formulated for the face and may migrate into the eyes during sleep, causing discomfort.
The cream's denser texture is intentional: during sleep, the skin is not exposed to wind, sun, or frequent washing, so a heavier base can remain in place for several hours and reduce transepidermal water loss more effectively than a light day fluid. This creates a favorable environment for the conditioning ingredients (snail filtrate components, allantoin) to stay on the surface longer.
It fits well in these situations:
- Daily evening routine, year-round, if you prefer a fuller texture at night.
- Especially in the colder season when indoor heating dries the air.
- After long days in air-conditioned or heated environments.
- Whenever you wake up with a tight, rough, or "paper-dry" feeling and want a softer, more nourished feel by morning.
If you use a serum, apply the serum first on clean skin, let it absorb for a minute, then follow with this cream. No need to rinse in the morning — cleanse as usual.
