The formula combines several cosmetic actives rather than relying on a single ingredient. Camphor provides the immediate warming and refreshing sensation that makes the gel feel active during massage. Glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin sulphate are included as skin-conditioning ingredients from the glycosaminoglycan family — they contribute to the gel's rich, smooth feel during application, not as oral joint nutrients. Boswellia, eucalyptus, and St. John's wort are traditional botanical extracts used in topical products for areas that feel tense after physical load. Comarum, comfrey, golden mustache, and Bryonia add to the dense botanical profile. Propolis (a bee product) is present, so anyone with a known allergy to bee products should avoid this gel. Comfrey is generally not intended for long, uninterrupted use on the same area; take a break after 2–3 weeks of daily application. Bryonia must never be ingested — keep the tube out of reach of children and avoid contact with mouth or eyes. If you have very reactive skin, test a pea-sized amount on the inner forearm first and wait 24 hours.
