What kind of warming sensation should I expect, and when should I wash it off?

PEDIMOL works as a topical warming massage balm: when rubbed into the skin, its active components interact with skin receptors and create a feeling of heat. The massage itself also supports local blood flow in the upper layers of the skin, which can make the area feel warmer during and after application. A gradual, comfortable warming feeling is the expected effect.

The strength of the sensation can vary depending on the amount used, the application area, skin sensitivity, and whether the skin is already warm from exercise, bathing, or warm clothing. For a first use, apply a small amount to a limited area rather than covering a large area. This is especially useful if your skin is reactive or you are not used to warming massage products.

Wash the balm off if the warmth turns into burning, stinging, marked redness, itching, or other discomfort. Rinse the area with plenty of water and avoid applying more product to the same area that day. Do not try to intensify the effect with a heating pad, tight wrap, or occlusive bandage, as this can make the sensation stronger than intended.
