What is the right way to use this toothpaste for the best results, and how long does a 100 ml tube last?

Apply a pea-sized amount (roughly 0.5–1 g) to a dry or slightly damp toothbrush. Brush all tooth surfaces — outer, inner, and chewing — for at least two minutes, using a gentle circular or short back-and-forth motion. The mechanical action of brushing is the primary way plaque is removed; the vitamins and minerals in this formula are designed to complement that action by supporting enamel condition and gum comfort during and after brushing. After brushing, spit out the excess foam but avoid rinsing with water immediately. Leaving a thin film of the paste on the teeth and gums gives the vitamins and minerals more contact time with the oral tissues.

For children aged 3–6, use a smear the size of a grain of rice and supervise closely to prevent swallowing. Children 6 and older can use a pea-sized amount like adults, but supervision is still recommended until they reliably spit out the paste. The product label advises avoiding swallowing and stopping use if irritation or sensitivity occurs; in that case, consult a dentist.

A 100 ml tube contains approximately 100 g of paste. At a pea-sized amount (≈0.75 g) twice daily, one adult will use about 1.5 g per day, so the tube lasts roughly 6–7 weeks. A family of four sharing one tube will go through it in about 1.5–2 weeks. To keep the paste stable, store it at room temperature with the cap tightly closed, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. If the paste separates, changes color, or develops an off smell, discard it. Pair this toothpaste with daily flossing or interdental brushing, a tongue cleaner if desired, and professional cleanings every six months for a complete oral hygiene routine.
