What is the correct way to use these strips on the body and legs, and what should I do with the aloe wipe?

Start with clean, dry skin. Do not apply lotions, oils, creams or deodorant to the area beforehand, because they can stop the wax from gripping the hair properly. The skin also needs to be free of moisture, as dampness makes the strips less effective. If the hair is very long, trim it slightly first, because very long hair makes it harder to press the strip down and the pull can be more uncomfortable.

Warm the strip briefly between your hands so the wax becomes more flexible. Do not heat it in a microwave or with any other heat source. Separate the strips, press one firmly onto the skin in the direction of hair growth and smooth it down a couple of times so it sticks evenly. Hold the skin taut with one hand, then pull the strip off quickly against the direction of hair growth, keeping the strip close to the skin rather than pulling it upward. A fast, low pull usually removes the hair more cleanly and is less uncomfortable than a slow one.

Work in small sections so you can clearly see the direction of hair growth, and avoid pressing the same strip onto the same spot twice. If any wax remains on the skin, use the included aloe wipe to remove the residue. The wipe is there specifically for the last step of the routine: it helps clean off leftover wax and leaves the skin feeling softer after depilation.
