What is the best way to use this oil for a home massage?

KEHAMASSAAŽIÕLI i "ÕUN" 250ML

Start with a small amount — a little goes a long way with massage oil. Pour it into your palm, rub your hands together briefly to warm it, then apply it to the skin using long, even strokes. The oil is especially suited to larger areas such as the back, legs and shoulders, where good slip helps the hands move continuously without pulling the skin.

If the glide starts to feel dry, add a few more drops rather than a large pour. Too much oil can make it hard to maintain pressure and leaves an unnecessarily heavy film. You can also adapt the amount to the length of the massage: shorter relaxation sessions need less, longer full-body work may need a second application on drier areas like knees or elbows.

Because this is an aromamassage oil, the fragrance plays a role in the experience. It works well in the morning or when you want an uplifting atmosphere, but it is simply a personal preference how you use it. Store the bottle closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep the rim clean so the oil does not become sticky.

Use it only on intact skin and keep it away from the eye area. If you have very reactive skin or are sensitive to fragranced cosmetics, do a small patch test on the inner arm 24 hours before first use, and stop if redness, itching or irritation appears.
