What does the warming sensation feel like? Is it normal?

The warming sensation is a normal, expected part of using this gel-balm. It comes from the synthetic snake venom analogue, which is designed to create a mild, comfortable warmth on the skin. It is not a burning heat — it should feel like a gentle, relaxing warmth that helps you focus on the area you are massaging. The sensation usually appears within a minute or two and lasts for a short while after you stop.

This is a cosmetic effect, not a sign that the product is "working" on a medical level. If you feel intense burning, stinging, or see unusual redness, that is not normal — wash the area with mild soap and water and discontinue use. This could indicate sensitivity or an allergic reaction.

Because the formula has a warming character, it is especially important to do a patch test on your inner forearm if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Also, avoid applying it to already red or irritated skin, and do not cover the area with a tight bandage or heating pad, as that could intensify the warmth beyond a comfortable level.
