A micellar shampoo uses cleansing ingredients that form tiny structures called micelles. When you massage the product into wet hair, these micelles attract sebum, styling residue and dust, and then lift them away when you rinse. This mechanism allows the hair and scalp to be cleaned efficiently without the harsh, squeaky-clean feeling that some stronger washes leave behind.
Compared with a more aggressive shampoo, this one is designed to be milder on the hair length. After rinsing, hair typically feels lighter and clean, yet retains more softness and shine. The formula also includes phyto-vitamins, plant-derived components that help the hair surface feel smoother and the scalp feel less tight after washing. Even though a shampoo is on the hair only briefly, these botanical elements make combing easier after rinsing and give a neater finish, along with a fresh herbal scent.
If your normal, slightly dry or easily tangled hair reacts badly to strong cleansers, or if you wash frequently, this type of gentle cleansing can be a reasonable part of your regular regimen. It is not a treatment, however. If your scalp is very reactive or your hair is heavily damaged, observe how it responds and pair the shampoo with suitable after-wash products. Discontinue use if irritation appears, and avoid contact with eyes.
