What does “antibacterial soap” mean here, and is it different from regular soap?

In this product, “antibacterial” means the bar contains antibacterial components designed to help maintain skin hygiene while you wash. The basic cleansing action still comes from the soap base: it creates lather that helps loosen sebum, dirt and residue from the skin surface so they can be rinsed away.

Compared with a simple soap bar, BORO PLUS may be chosen when cleanliness is a particular priority, for example after commuting, travelling, outdoor activities or other situations where you want a fresh, thoroughly washed feel. It is not a medical treatment and should not be described as treating or preventing any skin condition.

To get the best from any cleansing bar, wet the skin and the soap, build a lather, cover the areas you want to clean, then rinse completely. Let the bar dry between uses rather than leaving it sitting in water; this helps it remain pleasant to use and last longer.

Because it is a rinse-off cleanser, the most important practical point is skin comfort. If your hands or body feel dry after repeated washing, pair it with a moisturiser. Avoid the eye area, and reduce use if your skin becomes uncomfortable.
