The product is designed for three main home-use scenarios: aroma diffusion, bath addition, and dilution into body care bases. For an aroma lamp or ultrasonic diffuser, add 3–5 drops to the water reservoir (following the device’s capacity guidelines) and run it for 30–60 minutes before bedtime to fill the room with the characteristic herbal-floral scent. The fragrance disperses quickly because the oil is volatile; you don’t need large amounts. If the scent becomes overwhelming, ventilate the room and reduce the drop count next time.
For a bath, essential oil does not mix with water on its own and can sit on the surface, potentially irritating skin. First blend 4–8 drops of lavender oil with a tablespoon of a dispersant — such as a fragrance-free liquid soap, bath gel, or a carrier oil — then stir the mixture into the filled tub. This helps the oil distribute evenly. Soak for 15–20 minutes. After bathing, rinse skin with clean water and pat dry.
To create a body oil, measure 30 ml of your chosen carrier oil into a clean bottle, add 6–12 drops of lavender oil (1–2 % dilution), cap, and shake gently. Apply to damp skin after showering for better absorption. You can also stir a drop or two into a dollop of unscented body lotion in your palm just before application. Always use clean hands and containers to avoid contaminating the oil.
