What time of day is best for taking peony tincture, and how can it be fitted into the daily routine? — POJENG TINCTURE 25ML - Tverskaja farma fabrika ( pion uklonajushij )
Since peony tincture is aimed at periods of nervous tension and difficulty switching off to rest, it is most often used in the evening — when a busy day is over and you want to help yourself move into a calmer state. It fits logically into an evening ritual: for example, shortly before you plan to put work aside and start getting ready for bed.
During demanding periods — heavy mental workload, stressful weeks — some people also use the tincture during the day, but here it is important to remember a limitation: the product contains ethanol and may slow reaction time and reduce concentration. For this reason, taking it during the day is incompatible with driving, operating machinery or any activity that requires heightened alertness.
The tincture comes in liquid form: the plant substances have already been extracted into a water-alcohol base, which allows a small volume to be used per dose. The label states: take 30–40 drops by mouth 3 times a day; the course lasts 25–30 days and can be repeated after a 10-day break. Not for children under 12, pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have chronic conditions or take other preparations, a consultation with a specialist is recommended before starting the course.
