According to the card, all the salt from the bag is used for one bath: it is dissolved in warm bath water (37–38 °C) and the infusion from the filter bag is poured in with it (the bag is covered with a litre of boiling water and left to infuse for 10–20 minutes). The bath lasts 15–20 minutes; the course according to the card is 10–12 procedures every other day. The card does not name the amount of water in the bath.
